1. Green Moong Dal - 1tbsp soaked in water
2. Carrot - 1/2 peeled and diced
3. Bottle guard ( Doodhi) - 1 slice peeled and diced
4. Water - 1 glass
Preparation:
1. In a pressure cooker , put the soaked moong dal
2. Add the chopped carrot and doodhi
3. Pressure cook on medium flame for two to three whistles.
4. Add water as per required consistency for soup
7. Using a sieve, strain the mixture and collect the soup in a bowl
8. Feed when it cools, with a baby spoon
Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
