To Bless Or To Hurt !!

Once baby is born, many friends and relatives make a visit to bless u and baby and few come with their big mouths as well. A mother is being judged by everyone and at every point of time. No matter if her kid is days old or elder enough to give birth to another kid.

Below are few situations I faced once my LO made his entry.

1. Why is he so tiny ?
My answer : smile on my face with silence :)
My mind voice : Cmon man, u were also of same size when u were born. Don't assume him to be a grown up person. He has just born.

2. Why is he black in color ?
My answer : That is what god has given him.
My mind voice : Why the hell u talk about color of a new born. However he is , he is my kid and we love him. Do u eat him if he is in white color ??

3. Being workaholic, u didn't take care of ur baby while he is in womb. So, he is so tiny (my baby birth weight was 2.7kg)
My Answer : Again Silence with smile
My Mind voice : How dare u judge me ???? I have left my onsite opportunity to build my family. I have suffered with severe nausea during my pregnancy period. and now u say that I didn't take care of him.

4. I thought ur mother knew what to offer u to give birth to a healthy baby. But looks like she didn't know.
My answer : No words. Am dumb stuck.
My Mind voice : Oh, u r judging my mom now. My mom is the one who travelled to my place to be with me during my pregnancy period and helped me in everything.
Who the hell told u that my baby is not healthy ?? Then why did doctors tell me that my baby is healthy and he is doing good. Baby with 2.7 kg doesn't mean he is not healthy.

Above are few to list out. I am sure that we as mothers face these kind of situations from anyone around us at any point of time. How do you deal with these kind of situations Moms ? Please let me know in comments !!
