1. Banana - 1/2 mashed
2. Quinoa - 2 tbsp cooked
3. Water/ Breastmilk / Formula - as required
Preparation :
1. Take a pan with water
2. Cook the quinoa without oil for 5-10 minutes on low flame
3. Add the mashed banana
4. Add water/ Breastmilk / Formula - as required
5. Mix well to avoid lumps and shut off the flame when done.
6. Once it cools , serve in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon.
Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
