#recipe#nesting kothu parath๐ Egg Kothu Parath Can be prepared with vegetables / chicken / mutton/ egg. Ingredients:
4;wheat parata,
1 tablespoon;Cooking oil
1 teaspoon;Cumin seeds
2;Onions ,
2;Green Chillies
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Half teaspoon;Turmeric powder
Half teaspoon;Red chilli powder
Half teaspoon;Black pepper powder
Half teaspoon;garam masala powder, 2;Tomatoes
2 Eggs
Half teaspoon;Asafoetida,
Coriander Leaves , Salt ,
1;Lemon ,
Curry leaves. Method : Heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan, add the hing and cumin seeds and Add the chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.;
Add the ginger-garlic paste along with the turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and garam masala powder.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the mix;and cook for 5min.
Next, break the eggs directly into the kadhai, scramble and cook them for 2 min. Then add the shredded paranthas which is made into pieces, to the mix and combine the eggs with it. Sprinkle a little water while you mix, if it turns too dry.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve the Egg Kothu Paratha along with;raita for breakfast or a dinner.๐๐ Chicken kothu paratha is very famous and my fav one.. ๐
