#recipeideas Dhaniye ke aalu!! This recipe is very easy to make and very yummy. It is a summer favourite. It can be eaten as a salad or can be used as a side dish. Ingredients (for 4-5 bowls) 5-6 boiled potatoes
1 inch peeled ginger piece
2-3 cups dhaniya leaves
15-20 mint leaves
1 - 2 green chillies as per taste
Salt to taste
1 table spoon sabut zeera
A pinch of Hing
1/2 tea spoon ajwain
Juice of 1 lemon Method 1. Boil the potatoes taking care that niether they are raw, nor overdone. Chop them in small pieces. Also chop the ginger piece in fine Julian's. 2. In a grinder, make a dhaniya chatni with rest of the ingredients. Mix the potatoes and ginger Julian's well in this. Enjoy this tangy dish. We can add garlic in this recipe, adjust the spice and lemon juice level too as per taste. We can also make a sandwich using this mix. I have made it for lunch today so am sharing a picture.
