Suggested Diet during my Pregnancy

I am sharing my experience during my Pregnancy. It is one of the most beautiful experiences in a woman's life. Pregnant women enjoy it when the belly grows, when they overflow with mother happiness or when their unborn child moves for the first time. You can finally eat as much as you want without paying attention to the slimline.

Diet during pregnancy plays a crucial role. If you are pregnant, you should pay attention to what and how much you eat. A diet, in the sense of a strong weight loss, you should avoid at all costs. Because the unborn child, as well as the mother, must be sufficiently supplied with nutrients and only succeed if you eat enough. A weight gain of about 15kgs is completely normal during pregnancy. However, you should not increase much more, because otherwise gestational diabetes or high blood pressure can be the result.

My Doctor recommended me this diet:

My doctor asked me to eat healthy diet so that my body get stamina for delivery. Below are few things that my doctor say me to intake on regular basis:

• Bread, other cereals and potatoes. These foods should represent 70% of your diet. Whenever possible, choose whole-grain varieties of these products because they contain more fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

• Fruits and vegetables. They include fresh, frozen and canned varieties, green salads, beans and lentils, nuts and fruit juice. Take at least five servings a day of fruits and vegetables (remember, take the amount you take, the fruit juice only counts as one serving).

• Meats, fish and alternative foods (including eggs, nuts, and legumes). All of them are a source of proteins, vitamins, and minerals.

• Milk and fresh dairy products. They will provide calcium and protein, so you should try to take two or three servings a day. Of course, choose the low-calorie versions of these products.

• Foods that contain fats and sugar. You should keep the consumption of this type of food to a minimum. A small, casual luxury, like taking a couple of chocolates, in the context of a healthy diet will not hurt you (not your son).

• Protein reach food like meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and beans

• Whole grains food

Eat Especially spinach, lettuce, and green leafy vegetables, as these foods contain folic acid. Miscarriages and damage to the child can reduce expectant mothers with it. Fast food and sweets should be deleted from their diet because these things make you fat at any given time. And if you can not resist, you do sports. Because pregnancy is not a disease and exercise is good for your body and thus for your baby. Ultimately, it is most important that your baby is optimally cared for. Do not think about losing weight, but enjoy the pregnancy.

And the best mantra is to stay happy and hydrated.
