Suji Kheer

Ingredients :
1.Suji - 1 cup
2.Water - 3 cup

Preparation :
1. On a Tawa dry roast suji
2. Boil water and add the roasted suji to mix
3. Stir continuously to prevent lump formation.
4. Mix well and switch off the flame after the sooji is well cooked.
5. Breastmilk or formula can be added for the required consistency
6. Once cool pour the kheer in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby.
