THINGS YOU SHOULD NEBER INCLUDE IN YOUR CHILD’s DIET
we are always worried about diet of our kids from the day they turn 6 months everyday is a challenge due to that we try to adopt hit and trial methods but sometimes unknowingly we add some ingredients which may enhance taste or presentation of food but actually are harmful for pur kids
These are my top NOT TO INCLUDE ingredients
1. Artificial preservatives
2. Sugar and artificial sweeteners
3. MSG (used to enhance taste, used in noodles)
4. Artificial colors
5. Frozen foods
7. Edible palm oil
8. Plain flour
These products doesn’t help in anyone’s growth infact these are just harmful so try to avoid them
