This is a modified version of Savasana or Corpse pose. The actual pose is to lie on the back, which is quite difficult during pregnancy. Hence, in this one can lie on any side to execute this yoga.

How to perform?

1. Elevate the head and shoulders about 30 degrees from the floor
2. Bend both knees and place the feet on the floor
3. Place a blanket or pillow beneath the right hip
4. Lie on the left side instead of on the back or the right side

Benefits:
-It helps in reducing fatigue and insomnia.
-This pose relaxes the mind and body, hence decreasing the anxiety of pregnant females.
-It helps in reducing back and neck pain in the third trimester.
