My 13 months old son doesn't take milk in any other form except breast milk. He neither eats curd, milk in porridges, paneer or cheese. I have been trying since a long time to make him develop his taste for all these but he just refuses to open his mouth when it comes to dairy products. I feel he is missing out on calcium and other essential nutrients. Can you suggest some more meal options for him which has similar nutritional value?

Breast milk is best up to a year. after a year you can give cows milk. You can give your baby milk in other forms.
- you can make porridge, pancakes with milk.
- you can make a fruit smoothie with yoghurt
- you can make soup and add milk and cream or grate paneer
- make paneer parathas
