Thanks Sonali. Please suggest me the powder/ capsule I can take. My gync suggested me to take 6 lactare capsules per day if my milk is less when my son is 2 months old.

During the weaning phase it is natural for a baby to go back and forth in his preference from breast milk to solids and then back to breast milk. Frequent feeding during this phase will help to increase your supply. You can take the Ayurvedic powders available but do ensure that you feed often as well.
