Hi I am 7 week pregnant and my diet chart is in morning I am having two glass of water, soaked gram or sattu liquid and one kesar petha after that I am having a glass of mil at 11 o'clock then one glass juice of mosami or pomegranate at 1 o'clock then lunch at 2 o'clock which consists 1 chapati ,rice dal .boondi raita an d green veggie . After that between 4 or 5 o'clock m having one fruit like apple ,guava or orange then at 7 o'clock m having a glass of milk with toast and then 9 o'clock am having lunch in which one green veggie ,2 chapati and salad. I wanted to know is it enough or not.



Sorry on the place of mil ...is milk and 9 o'clock I am having dinner

The diet seems fine. .add some nuts and some protein like paneer to it .. Jeep munching when ever you are hungry...drink lots of juices and water.
