Hi Anon if her pee count is more than 6 per day and she is sleeping at a stretch for 1 hour she is getting adequate milk. Do not watch the clock, she has to unlatch on her own. Now she is used to your unlatching so she won't unlatch on her own, she knows you will do. So for few days you don't do she will learn to unlatch on her own. 4 kgs for 2.5 months is okay.
