Hi. Got my anamoly scan done few days back (at 18 weeks 1 day) my cervix length showed 2.93 cm and internal os marginally opened (4mm)

[at 12 and 16 weeks, Cervix length was 3.23 cm and internal os was closed]

Doctor advised cerclage stitch and strict bed rest for 15days. She also started susten tablets daily and injections weekly.

But I took a second opinion and the Dr said stitches not required cervix length 2.93 cm.

Also I did another ob sonography scan from some other place the next day (18week day 2) as second opinion and the results were cervix length 4cm and internal os closed.

What should I do? Should I go for the stitch and continue with the weekly injections

or rely on the second scan and not do anything
