Hey Smitha, Do not force your kids for anything as they become more stubborn. Try taking it slow. Make her meals more interesting, include food of her choice along with healthy choice, try having a fun time or family time during meals, and do take her opinion on what she wants to eat at times.

Hello Smitha, You can make the food interesting by giving her a few items like Bowl of fruits Wheat rava upma with lots of vegetables Poha with lots of vegetables Oats porridge Whole wheat toast with butter and omelet Vegetable omelet Paranthas with fillings of spinach, dal, potatoes, carrots, beans, cottage cheese, cheese with curd Mixed bean cutlet or patties Some fruits to go along with the breakfast such as apricots, dates, sweet fig, banana, oranges Cheese toast or cheese and vegetable sandwich Vegetable khandvi Rice sevai with lots of vegetables this will definetly help
