I'd say it's best not to start something fresh if you've not been doing those. Also, for yoga,; you need proper supervision. Don't strat anything on your own, and Alwys consult your doc

Last Two months you gotta be extra careful.

Do kegels and squats.. these are very beneficial for normal delivery. Also if possible try to mop the floor of atleast your room. This will help in widening of pelvic area

Do all exercises in the 9th month!

You will get lara dutta's video on youtube .. follow that but after asking your doc
