hi some ideas - pls buy her some attractive cutlery and dishes, treat her like an adult. make her sit with all of you and eat what u eat. demonstrate if need be. u can even show her a youtube video of how to eat. start with french fries and sauted veggies. try doing a pasta in veggie sauce. all kids love pasta! same with pizza - just make veggie sauce at home and grill on bread. make stuffed parathas and cut in shapes. use different colours. also have play dates with other kids of her age. they learn by watching other kids eat. and if you still have any concerns do consult ur dr. all the best - do chk out all the recipes for toddlers on the app.

Thank you so much #asha chaudhry
