iam 84 kg and 31 weeks 4 days pregnant. my Dr advised to loose weight. she guided the more you loose weight more the baby will gain. suggest is it true.



if it's water retention , I suggest u drink a lot of water, and stay active, go for a walk daily.. That way ur water retention will get less.. Any other weight loss start that 4-6 months after baby arrives :)

Yes. it is but it doesn't mean eating less. Please have a balanced diet and have more protein and reduce carbs and fat. Please walk 1/2 hr in the morning and evening which helps to maintain your weight.

During pregnancy the baby pulls nutrients from the mother. If the mothers diet is optimum then she does not gain weight and the nutrients absorbed by the baby result in weight loss. You have to remember that pregnancy is not a time for a crash diet or a fad diet. Eat healthy and ensure that you eat every three hours.
