4 Healthy Habits For Healthy Living
Healthy lifestyle is a trending topic these days. Most people think that living a healthy lifestyle is a challenge.
However, making changes to your daily routine and adapting some healthy practices can be the initial step towards the goal.
Here’re some habits which should be practised by people of all ages:
1- Start the day with a glass of water
This should be the priority on the list. This should become a routine as starting the day with water has huge benefits:
- Drinking water helps to lose weight
- Water removes toxins from our body
- Drinking water helps your skin glow
2- Don’t skip breakfast
Breakfast should always be healthier, heavier, and eaten at earliest at least before 8.00 a.m. Almost 60% of our total calories should come from our breakfast.
3- Make time for some physical activity
Try taking time out for at least 15 minutes of morning exercise for weight loss. It could something simply like spot jogging, planks, squats, or even a few Surya Namaskars.
4- Try to incorporate all nutrients
If you have rainbow on your plate, you are eating right. Oh! Now you all wonder what is it right. Include all nutrients, all veggies and fruit varieties and make it colorful, then you are sure that you are not missing out on anything.
