Moong Dal Dosa: A Perfect Healthy Meal

 

My daughter like dosa and idli and we have South Indian breakfast most days of the week. I try to bring a variety of flavours and recently I tried Moong Dal Dosa.

 

Ingredients:

 

Moong dal ( Soaked overnight or for atleast 3-4 hours)

 

1 onion

 

Small piece ginger

 

Green chillies ( optional)

 

Salt to taste



Method:



1- Grind all the above ingredients together.

 

2- Prepare dosas and serve them to your family.

 

 

Note: With this material, no fermentation is required. Also, you can spread the batter as thin you want, .if you are doing on non-stick tawa.
