2 Steps Thandai Masala Powder Recipe

Summers have just begun! You all need to take care from getting dehydrated. Thandai protects you from a heat stroke.

 

Here’s a recipe of making thandai powder at home in a few easy steps.



Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Cashew
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios
  • 10-15 Black Peppercorns
  • 10 Cardamom
  • 2 tbsp Melon seeds
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 15-20 saffron strands
  • 2 tbsp Rose petals
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder (you can avoid, if you don’t like it)

 

Instructions:

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and ground to a coarse powder.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Mix 1 to 2 tbsp of this thandai masala powder in milk..And enjoy cool Thandai!
