Oats Masala Chaas: Healthy Summer Meal
This is a perfect healthy meal in itself and is beneficial in summers!
- A glass of buttermilk..
- ½ oats
- 1 Tbsp of roasted jeera and flax seeds..
- A pinch of rock salt (If you wish to add normal salt you can)
- A big bunch of fresh coriander
- Mint leaves
- Ginger chilli
- Green chilli
- Soak oats for 5 minutes.
- Grind jeera n flax seeds to make a powder.
- Add all the ingredients in a mixing jar and churn the mixture.
- Pour it in a glass and add some ice.
