Healthy Breakfast Recipe: Multigrain Chilla

Try this multigrain chilla today!

Ingredients:


1 Tsp - Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Rice Flour
1 Tsp Ragi Flour
1 Tsp Besan
1 Tsp Bajri ka Aata
1 Tsp Suji
Salt

Haldi powder

Hing
Ginger

Chilli

Garlic paste
Butter/Ghee



Method:

 

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Add water and a little curd in it.
  3. Give it a rest for 30 mins.
  4. Make chilla on nonstick pan.
  5. Cook well both side with butter.




I have made here plain chilla but you can also add your favorite chhoped veggetables, onion, coriander etc..

 

Enjoy this chilla with sauce, chutney, curd or tea!
