Be patient and go easy on yourself. It might take you a little longer before you have the energy to tackle the laundry pile, and that’s alright. You can also ask your partner or your maid for help.
Try to play some puzzles, board games, and kid-friendly video games and do some painting with the little one that will be your relaxing escape from the discomforts of pregnancy too.
You can also consider getting a prenatal massage to relieve stress, pain, and muscle tension. It also facilitates the release of endorphins in the body that helps the pregnant mum sleep easily and feel more relaxed.
