Pregnancy is a wonderful time for any to-be-parent. It is also a time when the mother’s body is working doubly hard in nurturing the baby inside and preparing herself and her baby to be born. Yoga is the best way to strengthen and relax ourselves  during this phase, through breathing exercises , stretches and core strengthening that really helps during delivery and beyond. Watch and practice some of my pre-natal Yoga home exercises, make Yoga a way of life for yourself and enjoy the multitude of health benefits it offers.

Chanting OM has more benefits than we can ever imagine. Japa Yoga is a way to make a positive affirmation to one-self and bow before the infinite consciousness. It gives more power to You.

 

Deep Yogic breathing is the most understated exercise we can do to increase our lung capacity. This is very beneficial during the process of labor.

 

Anuloma Viloma or alternate nostril breathing works at balancing the left and right energy centres in our bodies. It helps us maximize our potential in a sense.

 

Disclaimer: All the exercises demonstrated in the videos need to be done under the supervision of a trained practitioner at the start, until one is proficient and comfortable to take these up individually. Even then, if at any moment there is any discomfort , one must stop and consult a trained practitioner.
