They say  we should follow the stretches that animals and our very own babies do, don’t they?

 

 

Cat, cow and dog stretches can work wonders for our back by strengthening it. These asanas also help stretch the spine, neck as much as the hips and abdomen. As if this wasn’t enough, there is more. These poses give a gentle massage and stimulate the adrenal organs and end up creating a positive emotional balance.

Disclaimer: All the exercises demonstrated in the videos need to be done under the supervision of a trained practitioner at the start, until one is proficient and comfortable to take these up individually. Even then, if at any moment there is any discomfort , one must stop and consult a trained practitioner.
