This one is Sitting Forward Bend exercise

This is also called the Paschimottan asana and has a multitude of benefits for the stomach, mind and is a great for stress relief. It is actually one of my favourite asanas and I always feel my spirits lift up while doing this asana and thereafter. These poses help release tension from our hips and thereby making us feel light on our feet, nimble and merry.

Disclaimer: All the exercises demonstrated in the videos need to be done under the supervision of a trained practitioner at the start, until one is proficient and comfortable to take these up individually. Even then, if at any moment there is any discomfort , one must stop and consult a trained practitioner.
