This is a great pose to relieve pain in the legs & thighs by reverse circulation. It also helps in digestion and in reducing fatigue. Perfectly safe for pregnant women. Please stretch only as far as you are comfortable. This pose also activates the thyroid gland which is responsible for hormonal balance for the body. So it’s even better during pregnancy.
