Healthy Mixed Dal Dosa Recipe
My kids love Idli, Dosa, Uttapam to the extend, that they can eat it in all the meals of the day without asking anything else.
So, I try to make different types of dosas for them. One of the most loved is no fermentation no rice dosa. Yes, you read it correct.
- Urad dal 1 cup
- Green moong dal - ½
- Chana dal - ½
- Moong dal - ½
- Soak all the dals for 4-5 hours and then wash thoroughly with water. Grind them in a mixer grinder to a smooth batter with water as required...
- Now, add salt to the batter. (If you have extra batter, you can store in the refrigerator f for 2-3 days)
- Heat a tawa and pour a ladle full of batter and when it gets cooked from one side put little oil and flip the side.
Serve hot with chutney, sambhar or masala. You can even grate cheese and make yummy cheese dosas.
