Foetal Movement At 4 Months Of Pregnancy

In your fourth month of pregnancy, you might or might not have started feeling your baby moving. This depends on where your placenta is located, how the baby is positioned in your uterus, and how much body fat do you you have. Noticing tiny kicks and flutters is normal and so as if you haven’t felt much of anything yet.

While you are in the fourth month of pregnancy, it can also be possible that you might notice some movement one day and then not much for a little while. This is so because your baby is too small to nestle into different parts of your uterus.

Twins At 4 Months Of Pregnancy

If you are in your fourth month of pregnancy and are expecting twins, you and your babies are highly aligned with a singleton pregnancy. Your twins are the size of an avocado and are developing along the same growth curve. You might or might not notice your babies beginning to move around.

The only difference is that you might have put on weight and the 4 months pregnant bump is probably pretty noticeable because there are two babies in the womb.
