Egg - 1
Grated Paneer - 2 tsp
Onion - 1 tsp finely chopped
Tomato - 1 tsp finely chopped
Capsicum - 1 tsp finely chopped
Chili powder, salt, pepper powder for taste
Ajwain ( optional ) - pinch. Oil.

Take a pan, add oil, saute onions, once they turn golden brown. Add tomato, capsicum, chili powder, pepper powder, ajwain & saute till they turn soft and mushy. Now transfer the gravy to a cup.
Add oil to the same pan and beat an egg and pour on the pan. Add the sauted mixer to the omelette and cook on both the sides till they turn golden color. Serve hot. You can add cashews & basil leaves as well.
