is it ok to eat chinese food during pregnancy despite concerns about ajinomoto?

Hi Natasha! Ajinomoto is a big No during pregnancy. Best to avoid.

Hey Natasha... I'm also expecting hence I also get cravings for various food especially Chinese food.. since ajinomoto is best avoided , I usually prepare Chinese at home without ajinomoto and if we are eating out, we always confirm or instruct the chef to not add ajinomoto in the dish.. have a happy pregnancy... cheers!!

These days all good restaurants if told make Chinese without MSG... Try having at a good place.. It shud be fine

ajinomoto causes genetic defects.so it's a 101% No during pregnancy. but yes u can of course have Chinese food without it.

If you are placing an order ask them not to add ajinomoto, I did the same and still do

hi Natasha, Chinese food is a complete no during pregnancy .please avoid

It is fine without ajinomoto
