SWEETPOTATO TIKKI:
Boil 2 sweet potatoes, peel the skin and mash them. In a bowl add boiled sweet potato, 2 Tsp onions, 2 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp corn flour ( optional), Jeera powder, dhaniya powder , aamchur powder, red chili powder , 1 chopped green chili, 1/4th tsp finely chopped ginger, 4 drops lemon juice, salt , coriander leaves and mix well. Pat them into patties and shallow fry them with ghee or butter on pan on both the sides till they turn golden brown.
SWEETPOTATO FRIES:
Take a bowl and add 2 cups peeled wedged sweet potatoes, 3 tbsp. oil, ½ salt, ½ tsp. pepper, ¼ tsp. garlic powder and mix well. Preheat oven to 425 F. Arrange the tossed sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
