Hi, don't worry , the cut off is 2.5 cm.It is slightly small. But as internal OS is closed. So no need to worry.Cervical length will improve as the weeks are progressing. But try not to do exercises except breathing exs n ankle toe movements. I had seen cases where cervical length was improved as the weeks progressed..relax..

Is it ok to walk in case of cervical shortness? If yes then what should be the time limit? If I walk for more than 15 minutes I feel heaviness in my tummy.

You are not in any danger cervix is closed, enjoy yourself. bed rest is not advised it has been shown to create more problems. gentle exercise daily. your body needs to be strong. can I suggest u do yoga and hypnobirthing. relax and be calm for yourself and your baby.

Happy to know that you have been quite vigilant! yes you are right. the cervix is short as per this report. what I would do is to check it out once again and corroborate with physical findings. if all the tests are within range then keep u under observation. cervical encerclage, progesterone supplementation and uterine relaxants are usually the standard medical interventions in such cases. I would advice you to talk to your doctor about these.
